Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a newly formed theatre company. Between 2014 and 2019she was the artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company. As Artistic director of SSC She was also SSC's music supervisor, composer and Text teacher. In her last year she served as lighting designer and director for the production of SSC's King Lear. She had been directing from the ensemble until the end of last year, when she made her directorial debut.
